You will receive verbal and written discharge instructions before leaving the center. Please follow these instructions carefully. Your escort must be available to receive and acknowledge the discharge instructions before you leave.
If you have a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. For questions or concerns about your recovery, contact your surgeon’s office.
A member of our nursing team will follow up with you after discharge to check on your recovery. Follow-up calls are generally made on business days.
